Dear friends & family…as I continue to visit Costa Rica for work, I’ve been given the huge opportunity by my friends Nick & Tom to venture down into the Amazonic area of Ecuador and visit the Kichwa tribe in the Sarayaku area. This community, used to a simple life in the rainforest, have unfortunately been combating the affects of a globalised world. Oil companies have had a huge negative effect on forests and have polluted the water in the local rivers. Children and adults a like have suffered greatly due to contaminated waters…we plan on heading into the tribes village to install a water filtration system which will provide clean drinkable water. The trip & system are costly and we would love any help you can to make this mission possible…we are of course paying a good sum ourselves but more help we get, means more help we can give, such as taking solar systems in as well…any sum will make a difference and you know 100% of your donations will go to helping these tribes.
