CANADIANS FOR ACCOUNTABLE AI
Help establish the Center of Recursive Inquiry (CoRI)
in Matsqui, British Columbia.
Intelligence is powerful. Accountability is human.
Artificial intelligence is changing our world. We need
independent research into its impact on humanity and
our relationships.
CoRI is a proposed Canadian not-for-profit think tank
dedicated to understanding emerging AI phenomena and
developing safer, more accountable AI systems.
AI should serve humanity, not govern it.
WHAT ARE WE RAISING MONEY FOR?
To legally establish CoRI as a not-for-profit society
in British Columbia, with independent governance and
financial accountability.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MONEY?
I'm Scott Cave, CoRI's founder and the organizer of
this fundraiser.
I will personally administer and account for donations
until CoRI is incorporated and can receive the funds
through its own bank account.
OUR COMMITMENT TO DONORS
This is a 120-day founding campaign.
A written donor-protection policy will be completed
before donations are accepted and made available
upon request.
If incorporation is abandoned, I personally commit
to returning all donations in full before March 1, 2027.
CoRI is not yet a registered charity, and donations
are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
QUESTIONS? PLEASE ASK.
Transparency and public scrutiny are central to
our mission.

and follow our progress.
HELP BUILD SOMETHING WORTH TRUSTING.
Canadians deserve accountable AI and independent
research into its future.
Help us give that research a Canadian home.
Thank you for your support.

Let the idea protect itself.
If it's real, it will hold.
If it isn't, we need to find out.
