my friend was asking for help cause thyre house was already eaten by the water because of the super typhoon TINO and so with her neighbors in Cebu and the other part of the province they need food and shelter because the typhoon is very strong everything that they own was wash out by the super typhoon .. plsss help my friends and her neighbors ..
