West End Yoga Center - WE LOVES

West End Yoga Center has been a long time member of the Allentown community and a sanctuary for many of us, especially during challenging times.  The studio is currently closed, however, because WE LOVES, they are offering free online video classes on their website to the public during this challenging time (www.weyogacenter.com).  The videos aren't fancy but they are fabulous.

This morning I finally started up a class on my device, rather be-grudgingly as I am bad at both home practice and technology.....and then I heard  a familiar voice and felt like I was in the studio when my eyes were closed.  I was grateful beyond words.  

I wanted to thank the studio with more than just words, since they are a local small business that is currently closed, by making a donation to help pay their bills.   There is absolutely no expectation  of money from the studio  for taking the classes, they are sharing free videos out of LOVE for their community of YOGIS. 

So if you are interested and can spare any amount....$5, or $1, or $10 or $20..... this is a way to get it directly to West End Yoga while they are closed.  And if you can't spare anything right now, I know a lot of folks are out of work, don't worry,  we got you. 

These are going to be tough times for all of us in different ways.   But this to shall pass and when it does the thing we will remember most is how we treated each other. 

Thank you West End Yoga Center, for always opening your doors and inviting us to roll out our mats or pull up a chair, even when your doors are technically closed.    WE are grateful.    Namaste
