WE Bridge Academy supports Ukrainian refugees
My name is Georgeta Bradatan, and I work as Executive Director of Studies for WE Bridge Academy, Cardiff.
I am from Suceava, Romania, less than 30 miles from the border with Ukraine.
Many people I know personally (family, friends, former colleagues) are involved in helping to feed and accommodate Ukrainian women and children who have lost their homes.
The school I work for, WE Bridge Academy, is raising money to help two charities I personally know:
Jeni Mandachi, in Suceava: their team, led by Stefan Mandachi, a former pupil of mine, has already helped hundreds in need. Facebook Page: Jeni Mandachi

RoConnect: based in London, whose volunteers immediately went to norther Romania to assist. Facebook page: RoConect
Since the conflict started these two charities have been involved in helping women and children fleeing the conflict zone to Suceava, Romania.

In addition, many international students studying in Ukraine have found themselves stranded in northern Romania. These charities need funding to provide transport to airports and pay for return tickets for them to return safely to their families.
All the money raised will go to these two charities.
