Gee family. The final push to get us home

Donation protected
Hi everyone my name is Philip Gee
In the picture is my wife and son inside our house.
We bought our home in 2018. And right from the start we knew it needed a lot of work. The house was built in 1808, and over its life span and many owners it's been worked on with additions been built to make more room and at one point forced air heating was put in. And that's when things started going wrong.
Whoever put it in had to dig out underneath the house to put the ductwork in but at the same time they dug out 10 feet of the foundation which compromised the house and broke the sill plate, luckily the construction of the house saved it, with the house being built with mortise and tendon joints they locked in and the house didn't collapse.
Needless to say over the years the house has had some repairs done but not to the best standards, and if we didn't come in and more or less rescue it, it would have been demolished.
Over the past five years we have been repairing all the areas that were in need of attention sometimes to the brink of being evicted from our apartment because it's been so hard repairing our home in order for us to move in paying taxes whilst being able to live in our apartment whilst working on the house. The foundation is now 100% sound which meant we also had to put a new floor in the kitchen as that is where the sill plate had broken and we had to take the floor up to repair it. All the plumbing has been brought back to standard, all the windows have been replaced and new doors fitted, the electrical needs checking by a licensed electrical contractor so we can have the electric turned back on.
The whole upstairs has been finished which meant we had to scrape fill and paint all the walls, ceilings, doors and trim. The downstairs bathroom had to be completely gutted the plumbing hadn't been done correctly and the floor was breaking up and causing major problems, so we have replaced the plumbing and put a new floor down in the bathroom.
We have also replaced the flooring in the kitchen, dinning room, living room and in a small side room. We have done so much work over the past five nearly six years now and brought our home back from the brink of disaster. But now we're asking for a little help to finish our forever home, so if you could find it in your heart to help us achieve our dream it would be gratefully appreciated.
We would love to be in our house sometime in 2024. Our goal is to finish our kitchen and the downstairs bathroom which will finalize the requirements for us to get our C/O. We would be forever grateful if you could find it in your heart to help us.
