We are raising funds for a Community Pipe Band

My name is Richard Jasper. Myself and other likeminded musicians are ‘Re-booting’ a band we were involved a few years ago. Banbury and District Caledonian Pipe Band. (Laidlaw Memorial).

The aim is to run a community band with an emphasis on bringing through youth players on Highland Bagpipes and Highland Drum. This same band was responsible for our own introduction to this great art as junior bandsmen some 45 or more years ago. We have instructors in place, we now need instruments and uniforms to get going and out playing.
