Hi, we are Justin and Merguri. We have two wonderful children, Leomyle and Aieka. We have now been trying to get a permanent visa approved for our son Leomyle for many years unsuccessfully. It's been a long and heartbreaking process that has drained us both emotionally and financially. We have never had sufficient funds to afford an immigration lawyer.

We are in desperate need of help with this process and simply cannot afford the prices charged by immigration lawyers.

Leomyle is currently in Australia on a visitor visa and had commenced his VCE studying year 11. His study entitlements have been exhausted and he must now stay at home unable to continue his education whilst his permanent visa application proceeds. He is devastated. As are we.

We hope to raise enough funds to hire a good immigration lawyer to help us with the process. Any donations will be greatly appreciated and assist us in keeping our family together under one roof in the same country.

We had been separated for close to 6 years from our son before finally having a visitor visa approved late 2024, after several unsuccessful attempts.

Now he is here with no certainty as to his future and no way of continuing his education.

Leomyle just wants to go to school and attain an education to give himself a chance at a good life. It's his only true desire. We want to be able to provide this.

After almost 6 years apart, we are all together under one roof, constantly in fear that we will be separated again any day.
