WCT 17th Annual Food Drive and Fundraiser

Hello Everyone! The Wappingers Congress of Teachers will run our 17th annual food drive from Wednesday, May 14th through Wednesday, May 21st in all of our schools.

Seventeen years ago, our relationship began when retired teacher Jack Devine became involved with the Zion Food Pantry. Nancy Carlough, a WCSD parent, now runs the food pantry. The Food Pantry has been serving families and individuals in the Wappingers Falls area since 1976. She recently stated that again this year the food pantry needs our help, both by dropping off food and through monetary donations. They have come to rely on our annual food drive to give them a boost. PLEASE do your best to contribute to the food drive. People in our community are depending on us!!
