Hi everyone,

My sister, Sarah, was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer just before her 32nd birthday last November, and her world has been turned upside down. Since her diagnosis, she's made it through chemo and is just now starting to heal from surgery. The next step for her is radiation which will last about 4 months. She's facing one of the toughest battles of her life, and while she's meeting it with incredible strength and courage, the financial burden is becoming overwhelming.

Between the cost of treatments, medications, cost of living, and time away from work, it's more than anyone should have to face alone. On top of those burdens, she is now faced with having to pay for her Cobra insurance premiums out of pocket which is almost $800 per month. Our goal is to help ease some of that burden so she can focus on what matters most: healing. She plans on returning to work in October and is more than ready to get outside and work!

Sarah is the kind of person who has always worked for everything she has. She has never reached out for help - even when she desperately needed it. And right now, she needs it more than ever.
