Bringing Joy to Those Who Need It Most ❤️

For the third year running, we are launching the Watton Christmas Hamper Appeal — a community project dedicated to delivering surprise Christmas hampers to elderly residents in our town who will be spending the festive period alone at home/in residential care that have no visitors all year long.

Each December, with the help of my three children, we put together and hand-deliver hampers filled with treats and festive cheer. These small gestures have brought so much happiness to our elderly neighbours over the last two years — many of whom have limited support, no nearby family, or simply need a little reminder that they are seen, valued and cared for.

But this year, we are struggling.

Although our collections have started, we haven’t yet received many donations, and we are already midway through November. The earlier we can gather items or funds, the more organised and prepared we can be — avoiding last-minute stress and ensuring every hamper is thoughtfully put together with love and attention.
