I had the pleasure of volunteering as a crisis responder at Kids Help Phone and saw first hand the necessary impact mental health support has. The 100k run serves as a salient endeavor that will hopefully alert people to the overarching cause of raising mental health awareness and helping raise donations for this charitable organization.
