#WaterAid4PR
Donation protected
Almost one month after Hurricane Maria, thousands of Puerto Ricans still don’t have access to safe drinking water. Residents are collecting rainwater in their houses or filling up containers in rivers and local springs. Water is transported from the streams to highways or residential streets through PVC pipes. Bottled water is rarely available therefore people rely on streams to obtain water to drink, bath, wash, and cook. This is heartbreaking because many streams are currently contaminated with raw sewage, chemicals, livestock waste, and other contaminates. #WaterAID4PR will use 100% of the donations to purchase water filters, solar lanterns, and portable stoves. Please share this campaign with your family, friends, and colleagues. Every dollar will make a difference
