Water Damage to the Building

On August 29th, 2022 we experienced a devastating water leak. Over the weekend a supply line to the toilet upstairs ruptured and almost 58,000 gallons of water flooded the upstairs and downstairs of the building. Luckily, we do have insurance however, they will depreciate a majority of the damage.
