Family Loses Everything in Home Fire

Hello, my name is Marshevet (Hooker) Flintall, and I am raising funds for my sister Destinee (Hooker) Washington and her family.

On the morning of October 29, 2023, Destinee and her husband Robert woke up to their house on fire. The fire started in the garage, and within minutes it spread to their entire home. As Robert and Destinee ran for safety, they were able to save all but two of their puppies. Robert and Destinee did their absolute best to save them, but sadly couldn't reach them in time.

The children were not home during the fire, but are now having to learn and understand that the place that they once called home, is completely gone. We are truly blessed and thankful that no one was hurt, as we know that things could have been so much worse.

These funds will go to the family as they start the process of rebuilding their lives. Although the majority of the things that were lost were material and can be replaced, we realize that it will take time to not only rebuild, but to heal from this traumatic event.
