Warrington Open Door At Christmas 2024

Our aim is to provide safe shelter, food and companionship to the homeless, lonely and vulnerable over the Christmas period, and support complementary organisations throughout the year in the Warrington area. ​

We do this in 4 simple ways.

A Warm Meal

Over the festive period, as well as hot drinks and snacks, we provide daily 3 course meals.

Warm Clothing

Our guests are always in need of warm clothing, especially during the cold period and we can do this due to the generous donations of our supporters.

Companionship

Our volunteers are on hand all day to chat, entertain and take part in activities. Or sometimes, just listen.

Food Parcels

Last year we seen a big increase in the requirement for food parcel delivery and this year with the cost of living crisis we can only see demand rising. Food parcel delivery was a big success and we aim to improve on this, this Christmas.
