Update 9/8: Warren passed away this afternoon after seeing the sun out in the courtyard for the last time. He was surrounded by his loved ones. Please continue keeping them all in your thoughts and prayers.

Hi all, I am writing to you at a very difficult time for Warren and his family. As many of you know, Warren has been fighting cancer for the last year and sadly things have taken a turn for the worse over the last few weeks. He is currently in the ICU and is surrounded by the people who love him and will miss him every day.

Warren has a beautiful family with his wife, Miriam, and their 2 daughters, Audrey and Evie. Miriam is staying strong as she focuses on being a mom to the girls as they all go through this heartbreaking situation.

Warren has made a tremendous impact on everyone that has had the pleasure of knowing him with his infinite wisdom and kindness. I am one of the many people that has benefited from his leadership, mentorship and friendship.

I would like to call on his friends, colleagues and family to help Miriam cover the medical and life expenses over the next few months while she navigates what comes next.
