This winter, my friend and I are coming together to support the homeless in our community by creating warmth kits filled with essential items. We’ve seen firsthand how cold and lonely the holidays can be for those without shelter, and we want to make sure everyone feels cared for and supported. Our goal is to raise enough funds to provide hats, socks, heat packets, blankets, and wrapping for these kits, so that each person receives not only warmth but also a sense of hope.

To make this project even more special, we’re hosting bake sales to raise money and inviting people to write supportive messages. These messages will be included as Christmas cards in each warmth kit, spreading love and encouragement to those who need it most. On Christmas Eve, we’ll be out in the community, handing out the kits and offering free cocoa to anyone who stops by. We believe that small acts of kindness can make a big difference, especially during the holidays.
