My name is Emory Gunby, and I am a student at Bishop McCort Catholic High School. I am currently preparing to receive the sacrament of Confirmation, which I see as a deeper commitment to my faith and a call to live as a disciple of Christ. This year, as my service project, I am excited to launch a fundraiser to help repair the heating system at the YWCA of Greater Johnstown. The YWCA has been serving the city of Johnstown since 1914, providing invaluable support to our community. As a nonprofit organization, they rely heavily on fundraisers, their programs, and grants to maintain their building.
