Please join us in a fundraiser to support the powerful and essential work of World Central Kitchen (WCK).  These are professionals with years of experience at getting food to people in disasters and emergencies.  They are now at eight locations at the Polish border and at five locations in the Ukraine.

Shatabdi and her cat had walked 37miles (60km) without food or water and then waited 12 hours to get through the border.  There’s a beautiful photograph of a joyful face holding a bowl of hot food while a striped cat peeks out from under her jacket.  Thousands are on foot all day and night, mostly children, women and elders.
