Warkworth Friends of the Library Fundraiser for a 3D Printer

The Warkworth Friends of the Library are helping the Warkworth Library with funding for a brand new 3D Printer!

When we reach our goal, we hope to purchase The Bambu Labs P1S 3D Printer. It will available for anyone in the community to make items at the library.

3D printers let you print 3D objects — toys, jewelry, phone cases, home appliance parts and much more, including prototypes for new objects invented by users. Once the printer is purchased and running at the library, staff will be offering classes on how you can use the 3D printer for a variety of projects.

By supporting this GoFundMe project, you are helping the library to provide another great service that is generally only available at libraries in larger centers, and recognizing the importance of the Warkworth Library as a vital community hub in the village!
