MEN NEED TO TALK, but men don't talk, they bottle up their feelings.

Bottled Up Blokes is a local charity that helps to raise awareness and end the stigma surrounding men and men's mental health. It provides various services to support men, from a private Facebook group, social club and peer support groups to weekly football sessions within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas.

To support this amazing charity, raise awareness, raise money and get the word out there MEN NEED TO TALK there are 130 customers of The Hop In micro pub, Pinxton walking 16 miles on Sunday 4th May 2025.
