Walking on Sunshine Project: SUMMER 2021

The Walking on Sunshine Project focuses on positivity, accessibility and mobility pertaining to children in need. By donating and decorating colorful crutches, children with genetic disorders, diseases, injuries and musculoskeletal conditions can receive the help they otherwise could not afford. Adding fun and flare to medical equipment helps to destigmatize crutches and enables children to feel positive and loved when receiving these necessary gifts. As it is no shock that healthcare accessibility is at a low, WOS aims to mend the gap between vulnerable children populations and medical equipment they need to be active in their everyday lives. Please feel free to share the WOS mission, as its success depends on word-of-mouth, donations and a drive for change in the medical world.
