Hi everyone,

This year, I'm taking on a life-changing challenge - walking from Lisbon to Spain on the Camino (June - July 2026 )

This journey isn't just about distance or endurance. It’s about healing, purpose, and turning survival into something meaningful.

Throughout my life, I've experienced and witnessed how deeply mental health struggles and rape/abuse trauma can affect a person.

These experiences have shaped who I am, and they're a huge part of why this walk matters so much to me. No one should have to carry that pain alone, and yet so many people do.

That's why I'm raising £1000 to support two uk charities that provide real, practical help to people when they need it most.

supporting people struggling with their mental health and those in crisis through free, confidential helplines and services.

providing specialist support, counseling, and advocacy for survivors of rape and sexual abuse.

Both are registered, non-profit charities and all funds raised will go directly towards supporting victims and survivors. helping people feel heard, believed, and supported.
