As many of you know Layna was diagnosed with leukemia in 2021, I'm happy to say the worst of it is finally behind us. This has given me time to reflect on everything she injured during her treatment. Our home at that time was in Rockhampton but RMHC provided invaluable support, offering us a home away from home.

The 1ST of November 2024 is the 1 year anniversary of Layna finishing treatment. To rase funds for RMHC, I start walking 1 kilometre for every needle Layna received throughout the treatment, totalling 122 kilometres.
