Walking 180 miles throughout January

Acers story 

As many of you will know my son Acer has congenital heart disease. This was picked up at my routine 20 week scan during his pregnancy and sent our world into turmoil. Without the work and support of Tiny Tickers things could have been a lot different. As a thank you I will be walking 180 miles throughout January to represent the extra 180 Pulse Oximetry machines they have placed in hospitals throughout the UK since 2017. Any contribution, big or small, can make a massive difference to families like ours. Thank you ❤

We want every baby with a serious heart condition to have the best chance of survival and quality of life. A baby is born with a serious heart condition every 2 hrs in the UK and despite CHD being one of the biggest killers of infants in the UK, only around half of congenital heart defects are picked up during routine prenatal scanning. www.tinytickers.org
