Hey everyone! My brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Jennifer Morad had to deliver their beautiful baby boy, Walker Alan, at only 26 weeks into pregnancy via emergency C-section on Sunday May 30th. Walker was born weighing 1 lb 14 oz and 13 inches long, and was immediately sent to the NICU on supplemental oxygen.

Although he is a fighter and getting stronger every day, he has a long road ahead of him in the NICU. As Walker continues to grow, it will be important for his development and survival to have his parents near him every day.

Jennifer works in healthcare, and worked through the pandemic while pregnant, helping senior citizens as a CNA; and working in veterinary medicine as a veterinary tech. Jason also worked through the pandemic as a Machine Department Supervisor.

The three of them will make it through whatever life throws at them, but we want to help ease the burden of Jennifer and Walker’s medical bills, as well as the other expenses they will likely endure with Walker staying in a different city than home.

Also, Jennifer did not get to have her baby shower yet, so there is so much they still need before Walker is able to come home. The are a wonderful, hard-working, devoted couple who live in Highland, Michigan. Please consider donating, any amount will help this family during a very stressful and scary time! Jason, Jen and Walker are incredibly grateful for all of your support, prayers, and love during this time ❤️
