'Walk Under The Stars' in memory of Tomos

'Beautiful Tomos, born 16th February 2021. He always laughed, had fun and was so caring to everyone he met. He always did his best and never let anything bother him, despite being diagnosed with Down syndrome (Trisomy 21) and Hirschsprung's bowel condition when he was born. Tomos was always smiling and happy whenever you saw him.

Sadly on 2nd June 2024, at the age of 3, he unexpectedly passed away at home. To this day, we still have no reasons why.

Please help me and Aled to raise money while we do a 'Walk Under the Stars' in memory of our beautiful little shining star, for a wonderful group 'Seren Dwt ', who helps families across Wales by providing Welcome boxes to all main birthing hospitals in Wales for babies born with Down syndrome, setting up fun events and activities to bring families with children with Down syndrome together, and so much more...

Tomos will always be loved and in our memories forever.'

About the walk:

On Saturday 7th June, we will be walking from Cardiff Central Station, to Old Custom House (Penarth Barrage) via the River Taff and Cardiff Bay trail, approximately 4 miles, leaving Cardiff Central at 21:03pm (to represent the 3 copies of the 21st chromosome) and finishing the walk at Old Custom House to raise a glass to Tomos.
