Walk of the World for Epilepsy Society
In July, I'll be participating in De 4Daagse, also known as the Walk of the World, in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. De 4Daagse is the world’s largest walking event, and involves walking 50km (roughly 30 miles) each day for four consecutive days.
Those who know me will know that my younger brother was diagnosed with epilepsy at a young age, and it's something that has had a huge impact on our family ever since. I'm raising money in aid of the Epilepsy Society, which funds world-leading research into the causes of and treatments for epilepsy, as well as advocating for people with the condition to bring about change at the societal and government level.
Any donation (no matter how small!) would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
