On the 8th of July, 2024, my world changed forever. I lost my sister to suicide, something I never imagined I’d have to say out loud, let alone live through.

She was kind, caring and full of life in ways that words will never fully capture. But like so many others, she struggled silently with a pain that often goes unseen.

In her memory, I’m raising funds for If U Care Share Foundation, an incredible organisation that works tirelessly to prevent suicide, support those affected by it, and encourage open conversations around mental health.

This is about more than just honouring her life, it’s about helping others who may be struggling in silence. It’s about reminding people that they are never alone, and that help is out there.

On 27th September I will be taking part in Angie's Walk of Hope, alongside my sister Bex and some of our lovely friends.
