Hi, my name is Johnmella I am asking for help raising funds for a wheelchair accessible van to transport my beautiful daughter in. You see I can't lift her anymore. I have had a heart attack, and a stroke the side effects left my right damaged. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and a brain tumor the more we get out the better, so that we can spread the awareness of Cerebral Palsy, brain tumor, heart attack, and a stroke.
