Rett uk!

On the 7th april 2016 i gave birth to the most beautiful girl in the world!.. Mollie..as we watched her grow we realised that she wasnt hitting milestones and was very behind on her development! And after fighting for an answer in july 2019 we were told Mollie had Rett syndrome.. this is caused by a mutation of one of the x chromosomes which leads to a genetic dysfunction in the brain! This syndrome occurs in 1 in 12000 girls. Along with many others including professionals had never heard of this syndrome and we are now fighting too make sure everyone knows!
