Hello and Happy Holidays!
Now before I tell you who I am, I want you to do something for me.
Close your eyes. ( No like seriously) ... Now, ask yourself, if you could have anything you wanted this holiday season, what would it be? Most of you probably didn't think of a necessity like hand sanitizer, or even tampons as your wish. Unfortunately, there are millions of people who would.
My name is Elyse Gilmore, and my goal this year is to be a blessing this Christmas to those who are pushing through hard times in the Saint Louis area.
Myself, along with my friends, would like to create blessing bags to donate to different shelters, and pass out to those in need. These bags will include items such as, but not limited to: hand sanitizer, face masks, sandwiches, snacks, bottles of water, first aid kits, hygiene products, etc. My goal for donations is $1,000. But, the more money donated, the more lives we can touch. Donations are also not limited to just money, but supplies as well.
