Deborah Heffernan was a smart, strong, and compassionate grandmother, mother, sister, and wife. She was an outgoing, beautiful person who had the ability to make friends with anyone she met.

In 2018, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. She went through a long battle against it and won. She was able to have 6 amazing years after that, where she had a better appreciation for life. Unfortunately, in June of 2024, she was diagnosed with late-stage AML. She fought it hard and managed to get time back, but ultimately, after a year of fighting, she passed from it. Debbie never stopped fighting cancer.

This fundraiser is created in Debbie’s honor to allow her to continue the fight against cancer and never truly let it beat her.
