Almost everyone knows someone who has been affected by cancer and with each person's experience there is a story. It is claiming the lives of our mother's, sisters, aunties, cousins, nieces and in some cases our men!

Imagine the fear of the unknown that you face each day as you worry that you are unable to care for yourself, your children or the people you love and that even after the treatment the cancer may come back. We desperately need a cure to this disease.

Our family has decided to walk 100km around the Geelong, Stawell, Fremantle areas in 24 hours to raise money to find a cure to this f#$k of a disease.

The more research that we can fund, the sooner we will get there. NBCF- funded research is improving our understanding of how breast cancer originates, grows and spreads to that they can improve the outcome for all who are impacted.
