Dear friends,
On May 28th 2020 our lives changed forever. As you know, cancer took our only son Quinn.
One of his dreams was to have a child of his own and we were thrilled with the prospect of being grandparents one day. Before he started chemo, he insisted on “banking” his future by preserving his DNA as a gift to us and himself. Quinn expected to use it when all of this was behind him and he was ready to settle down and start a family. Sadly, that dream never came true for him but, there is a way we can fulfill his wishes….this is where you come in and a very special request.
We would like to use Quinn’s DNA with a donor egg. Claudio’s niece has already generously offered to carry the baby for us.
The process is very expensive. Just when we thought we were never going to raise the money needed for Quinn’s wish, we received some very good news…an angel investor has generously agreed to match every dollar we raise. Currently, we have raised $7000.00 on our GoFund page and $6000.00 in private donations. That’s $26,000!
So, now more than ever…EVERY dollar you give COUNTS twice!
We truly believe Quinn has a loving hand in this and divine intervention has guided us to this point.
We are trying to read the “signs” and go for it.
