A friend of mine was on land contract through her brother. She has a son with traumatic brain injury who lives with her. She has been trying to get a loan since October and keeps hitting road blocks and is running out of time. Her brother has given her till March 1 2021 to get the loan or he is starting the eviction process and putting her condo on the market.  She is a single mother that is in her 60's that supports her disabled son alone. She works full time and is trying her best.  At this point she is desperate and needs our help!
