Grandparent rights

My name is cathy schmidt iam the oma (grandmother) of this Lili boy Dakota. My son Thomas Schmidt died  Febuary 4th in a Car accident cause by a guy who  intentionally stepped on the gas going 80 and crashed into our son and killed him.. We are trying to raise money to get a lawyer to get grandparent rights so We can get my sons  child back in our lives. We havent seen him in 15 weeks and the mother will not let us see him until we go to medition court.. We are still grieving Thomas and are heartbroken  with our grandson.. If anyone can help us  with this it would give us joyería again to get him back in our lives... Thank you The Schmidts
