Our family is walking through a loss that has changed everything.

The biological mother of my children recently passed away unexpectedly, and our world shifted overnight. Even though we were separated, she was still their mom — and her absence has left a deep hole in their lives. No child is prepared to lose a parent. No family is prepared for this kind of grief.

My wife and I are now carrying our children through heartbreak, confusion, and emotions we never expected them to face so young. Some days we feel strong. Some days we’re just trying to get through the day.

Right now, our greatest need is stability. We have outgrown our home and need more space for all the children. Our goal is to secure a down payment on a home so our children can have permanence, safety, and a place that truly feels like home — not just another temporary move during a painful season.
