Hi, I'm 51. Last year, during the holidays, I was told I would have major surgery that would save me from the worst. I survived this difficult battle. The surgery lasted 13 hours. I spent a whole month in the hospital, learning everything from scratch like a little child—how to walk, eat, breathe differently, and face reality. I was diagnosed with malignant cancer of the larynx and pharynx. I'm mute. I've completely lost my voice. I don't breathe like any other healthy person. I breathe through my neck, and I have a tube in my neck that separates my breath from my esophagus. This makes daily life difficult. Thanks to the enormous support of my family, I'm trying to cope. While still in the hospital after surgery, I received another diagnosis: I have remnants of lungs. I underwent very difficult radiation therapy, which weakened my body. Life after radiation therapy. I just started another treatment every six weeks. I'm on an IV drip, which I hope will change the course of the disease and limit the progression of all the processes taking place in my body. The worst part is that the metastases in my lungs can't be removed because they're so deep, so the doctors decided to treat it with immunotherapy. In a few weeks, I'll have an ultrasound to assess the disease's status and progress. I believe I will. He could have survived, but I'm suffering, suffering from mental and physical pain. Everything in my neck was removed, and the muscles in my leg were sewn back together—all of this has changed my life so dramatically.I was healthy, working, earning money, and in one moment the world would collapse. I cannot go back to work, I will never be able to work. My financial situation is very poor. I was healthy, working, earning money, and in one moment, my world collapsed. I can't go back to work, I never will be able to work. My financial situation is very poor. I have payment obligations like everyone else, but my situation doesn't allow me to work. I would like to ask everyone to read my story and I would be very grateful for any help. Thank you in advance.I would like to ask everyone for a little support by reading my story, I will be grateful for any help, with great respect and gratitude, Gonzo
