When the war in Ukraine broke out so many of my friends reached out and asked what they can do to help. For the last several months I have been trying to get a childhood friend, her husband and her 3 children to the Unites States where they would be safe. Last week, the United States government approved my application!!! They are coming on 7/20/22. I will have them stay with me until we can set them up with their own apartment, furniture, clothes, med insurance and etc. They lost everything. Ultimately they will get jobs and set up their new life. I will be taking care of this, but I can use some help.
