Hi, I’m Elizabeth, and I’ve always been a fierce advocate for women.
I've been fundraising for A-Sisterhood for a while now - a tough mudder last year, bake sales, coffee mornings...and I'm proud to say that I took home the awards for "Highest Fundraised" and "A-Sisterhood Impact" as well as "Charity Crown" at the Miss Empower Charity pageant in 2024.
2025 is set to be just as busy for me fundraising wise - I can't wait to see how much money we can raise. As well as fundraising I've collected close to 1000 bras that will be donated to women's shelters across the UK.
In today’s climate, it’s easy to get lost in the noise of debate and division, while real issues facing vulnerable people often go unheard. A-Sisterhood tackles these urgent issues, including:
- Homelessness and poverty relief in Scotland
- Domestic abuse & Women’s Aid all over the UK
- Providing Bras to women in shelters who need them
- Education access for girls in India
- FGM prevention in the UK
…and so much more. My heart breaks thinking about the hardships so many women face, and I’m driven to support A-Sisterhood as they work to create lasting change. Thank you for helping make this possible!
