My name is Steve Hill and I've been involved in modern-day men's initiation ceremonies for the past 21 years, supporting men to 'Do our Work', understand our pain, and know the power of vulnerability.

I am raising funds for a new, volunteer, men's training centre in the FL00D ravished area of Northern Rivers of New South Wales, men need each other right now. The Mullum community will host the centre. We need money to buy equipment and to help make this training centre solid so it can do its part in bringing men home to themselves, so we can be who we need to be in our relationships, families, and communities.

We do this work in 12 autonomous global Regions: Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, New Zealand, Nordic (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland), South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom & Ireland, and the United States.

There are also a number of developing regions: Costa Rica, Israel, Netherlands, China, Singapore, Spain, Central Africa (Cameroon, DRC).

We have over 150 training centers that have supported over 70000 men in more than 23 nations. Each community produces the New Warrior Training Adventure and additional Diversity, Leadership and Community Training Programs and supports a network of peer-facilitated Men's Groups, which we call I-Groups.
