have you ever been at the point where you have to choose between paying your rent or paying for food or utilities ? that is where we are right now.

After Diego was hit from behind while driving 6-7 weeks ago and broke his shoulder, requiring surgery and extensive rehab.

He has just now (so happy and blessed for that.) been able to go back to work on a part-time basis. (he still have to do physical therapy for his shoulder every day).

it will be at least a couple more month before he can work full-time. His work is the bulk of our monthly income. I can't take too much additional work while he is recovering because I also need to be here to help him and to pick up the slack where he used to be able to care for our daughter while I worked.

Diego and I are usually the people who are helpers, helping out friends and helping the people we work for, but we humbly come to you asking fore your help now.

Our most immediate need is to be able to pay our rent and some late bills for November, that is about $5,000 dollars.

Since it will be a couple of months where we are struggling while Diego recovers and we'd like to be able to have a small Christmas for our daughter, we hope people will find it in their hearts to help us with this and staying afloat and catching up for the next few month, which is why the goal is $20,000.
