The Villages Public Safety Department provides first responder care to residents of The Villages.

Each year for the last 9 years, we have provided Thanksgiving Dinner to the firefighters working Thanksgiving day. Initially, this started as a neighborhood effort by Ventura Villas for Station 45. In 2020, the effort grew to a community-wide effort to supply dinner to all of the eight fire stations in The Villages.

Neighbors and residents provide homemade dishes to each of the fire stations. Some who can't be here or may have other plans for the holiday donate money to the effort. The funds go to provide the turkeys, soft drinks, plastic ware for leftovers, and any other items that may be needed to complete the dinner for each station.

Any remaining monies are combined and donated to the firefighter's relief fund after the holiday.

Thank you for your donation to support the 2025 Thanksgiving Dinner Efforts.
