Hi I am Kyle and I am raising money to benefit Dementia UK by running the Stafford 10K in September, any donation will help make an impact. The nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care for families affected by all forms of dementia. It's heart breaking seeing a loved one slowly slip away into somone unrecognisable, I am running for my nan Patricia Corfield who passed away from dementia at the end of 2023.

I have been training in the gym 3 times a week over the past couple of months, while I would love to run the Stafford 10k in under and hour personally I think that goal is just out of reach and just completing it will be enough for me. Thank you for reading and listening to my story ❤️
