Hello!

My name is Colt McCune, and I am hoping to raise $750 to purchase materials for my Eagle Scout Project. It is to build a small dog run behind the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department for their new police dog, Vox. The enclosure will be a significant upgrade from the small outdoor kennel he has now, and I hope that, with your help, I can raise the funds to purchase the necessary materials (pressure-treated wood, wire, screws, cement, hinges, latches, and more). Any excess funds will go to the Fair Oaks Ranch Police Department (or a charity of their choice). Please help make my Eagle Scout project a reality!

Detailed Description

I have attached a diagram of what the fence and gate will look like, as well as the dimensions of the whole project. There will be 60 ft. of fence on the long side, with 10 ft. of fence in the back and a gate in the front. Each fence panel will be 15 ft. in length, with 4 x 4 pressure-treated Southern Yellow Pine lumber at each end; the posts will be buried in the ground with cement poured on top of them. The gate will consist of two 4 x 4 posts embedded in the ground, with hinges and a latch attaching them to a frame consisting of four 2 x 4 pieces of lumber. The overall height of the fence will be four feet, with wire placed in between the wooden frames. Mulch will cover the ground to provide Vox with some footing for his pen. Funds accumulated through donations will go towards purchasing these materials so that construction on the dog run can begin.
