We are the Vote YES on All Five Team.  We are asking for your support to help us update the Kalamazoo City Charter during the election on November 4th.

Proposal 1- Shall Sections of the City Charter be amended to provide City Commission would be composed of a Mayor, as a separately elected office and six City Commissioners and that the City Commissioner candidate who receives the most votes be elected Vice Mayor?

Proposal 2- Shall Sections of the City Charter be amended to provide for the election of City Commissioners for staggered four-year terms of office?
 
Proposal 3- Shall Sections of the City Charter be amended to provide for the election of the Vice Mayor as the City Commissioner candidate who receives the most votes in the regular.

Proposal 4- Shall Sections of the City Charter be amended to provide for the filling of the second half of a vacant four-year term in the office of City Commissioner by popular election?


Proposal 5- Shall Sections of the City Charter be amended to provide for the contingent resignation of a City Commissioner in the midst of their four-year term in order to seek the office of Mayor?

The dollars we raise will be used to get the message out about these  city charter improvements.
