Hello Merriam!

I'm Billy Croan, and I'm real BIG on small government.

I've lived in Merriam for 11 years now and followed every meeting of the city council in that time. I also attend and record our city's Parks Board, Planning Commission, Art Committee, Work Sessions, and any other committee that staff don't block me from attending. I record these meetings to share with neighbors. I take notes. And I ask hard questions.

I know our staff, and I love my neighbors, and I want to represent you ALL at city hall. I want to save you money every year by reducing our budget and ending corporate welfare. And I want to make sure that our city is treating ALL residents fairly, justly, and kindly, and remembers its place is to serve, not control.
