Hi, my name is Lily!

I’m currently a second-year midwifery student at Bedfordshire University. As part of my studies, I have chosen to volunteer for two weeks in a maternity unit at a hospital in Ghana in June.

This incredible opportunity will provide me with invaluable experience, allowing me to develop my skills and gain insight into how maternity care operates in different parts of the world.

However, this journey comes with significant costs, including volunteer program fees, flights, vaccinations, insurance, and visas. Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to me and help make this experience possible.
